No internet connection but have 3 bars 5G UC

Yesterday afternoon at work my phone would no longer be able to search things or use any apps. I had 3 bars and 5G UC coverage. Phone worked great when I left work and went home. Come in to work today and same thing, I work in downtown St Louis area.
