Should I buy in Store or can I ship the Modem to my old address?

Can someone help me on this. Can I sign up at Tmobile internet at their store I am also a wireless phone user as well.
Also if thats not the case, Could I ship it to my old address as I don’t have keys to my new place yet, but Its in the same area code which tmobile home interet is provided
You should be able to sign up and pick up the gateway at the store, but they will check service availability at the new address. They probably need proof that you live there or will be living there. I doubt they would ship to the old address if that isn’t where you want service. You should probably call the toll free number first.
