Stolen Phone
I have filed a insurance claim for the stolen phone March 26, 2025. I paid the $99 to replace the phone. Claim 73760978. The phone was an Apple Iphone SE 3 with 64 GB color black. There has been no replacement and I call and none are in the warehouse. I am still paying for the phone and the insurance on the stolen phone. Something needs to be done this is April 16, 2025

Even though you lost your phone, the remaining balance via EIP still needs to be paid. The insurance, which is probably through Assurant or Asurion, will replace the device once they have completed the claim process and have a replacement sevice to send out.
