Usage Details
How do you check your current usage details? I cannot find it anywhere! Not the text, talk, nor data usage!

I posted in the other thread (USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED | T-Mobile Community), but I am so excited that I wanted to say here too: The usage details are now back to normal. 😁 I recommend logging out of your account and clearing history before you try again. I did on my account and it is loading like normal. YAY!!

Usage details are not in real time. Usage can take up to a few days to show on your account depending on the type of usage you are referring to. Texted numbers will be listed in your bill details for each billing period. T-Mobile does not store the contents of texts to view.
I have magenta max plan
What type of plan do you have? Prepaid plans don't have detailed billing.
It’ll show usage details and then bring you to benefits, completely away from where I’m trying to get at. Like why is it not showing my usage details
