WHAT CHANGED SINCE THE MERGER BESIDES NOT BEING ABLE TO USE OUR PHONES WE PAY FOR
Since NO ONE has answered this question asked ,
I was a Sprint customer and switched to T-Mobile since the merger. I have been having problems ever since I switched. With Sprint, I had great reception. Now, with T-mobile, calls drop all the time, texts don’t always send right away, and data is very slow, if it even connects. I don’t even get call in my house. This is ridiculous. Why aren’t they using the same Sprint towers? I have to leave my house to get text messages. Help!!!!! I went to T-mobile once again to be told oh you need to do this or do that and turn your phone off and on so it picks up the closest tower. Jan 27th we had an emergency in the family couldn’t make a call couldn’t get a call and I was sitting in my house. This has been a constant problem one employee did tell us verizon refuses to allow t-mobile access to their towers which they did allow sprint access How can you purchase a company lie to customers and not be able to give the service that is normally expected. Just BS excuses from team members blowing smoke up you %$$

TBH, Sprint had an actual roaming agreement with Verizon for years. Much of that ended up going to just AT&T or ‘Emergency SoS’ roaming. Sprint as a company did close, as did their roaming agreement.
I’d recommend moving to another carrier if T-Mobile doesn’t work where you are.
