why is a number in my contacts getting blocked?
My grandma tells me she keeps calling and I never pick up. I never have received a call from her. So when I checked I realized her number keeps getting blocked/ marked as spam even though she's in my contacts and not blocked. How can. This be fixed?
Do you have scam shield activated? The number might be there.
It's not in the list. I checked few times. Even if I go I to contacts the number doesn't show as blocked, but whe. She calls for some reason it blocks her
Go into the phones dialer, press the three dots in the upper right, go to the settings, block calls and see if the number is there. If it's there, click the X and it will ask if you want to unblock the number.
