Will my phone work get decent 4G coverage on T-Mobile's network?
Hello!
I have the global version of the Google Pixel 7a and not the North American variant. It only supports the 4G frequency bands B2, B4, B5, B12 and B66 but not B71. Will it work fine on T-Mobile's network across the US?
Many thanks!

In many northern regions, you may lose out on service. Some areas are B71 only, or B71 +5g n71. B12 is ok, but not in every region, and typically only 5MHz.

As mentioned, band 71 is one of the more common bands used for 4G now. The device needs to be VoLTE compatible to be able to make and receive calls on the T-Mobile USA network. Being a Pixel device, it should be compatible depending on the country the device was purchased from and the firmware the device is running.

Depends on location. Band 71 is one of the main 4G bands.
