Work VPN stopped connecting

I have been connecting to my work VPN USAF VPN Client with no issues Up until two weeks ago.i have the Arcadyan KVD21 Gateway. All my devices in my homework fine and I connect to the Internet on my laptop but when I try to connect to the VPN, I’m in a continuous loop. I use my T-Mobile hotspot on my phone and it connected just fine. The local T-Mobile office said there was a tower down however I don’t think that’s the issue since everything else seems to connect just fine. Anyone else with this problem or suggestions?

  • I ended up canceling my home Wi-Fi with T-Mobile. I just couldn’t risk not being able to login and be able to work. I told him if they could get the VPN issues worked out I’d come back, but otherwise I went with fiber optic

  • Having the exact same problem, except it started about two weeks after you. I’m not able to connect with my T-Mobile hotspot either, so at least you have that going for you. 
     

    Not sure which model Gateway I have, will have to go check. Not home currently, just came on here to gripe. 
     

    I’ve tried everything under the sun, IT uninstalled/reinstalled VPN client on the computer. It’s just unfortunate. Hopefully T-Mobile can get a fix, or I’ll be forced to get a new home internet provider.
