zelle texts

I have been trying to log into Zelle to make a transaction and as a secondary security I receive a code to log in for 2 factor authentication. 

I have not received any codes. 
 

  1. I have ensured all short codes are unblocked
  2. I called Zelle to make sure they were sending. 
  3. I rebooted my phone and also tried the airplane mode trick. 
  4. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. 
     

I called customer support at TMO and they said they see the messages in a buffer and don’t know why they’re not being received and said it must be Zelle. Zelle says the messages are going out and it must be T-Mobile. Anyone have pointers?

    I have the same problem after software update...cant use to send money with zelle. But works on my lap top. How to correct this problem. My bank california trust bank

    Hello Cubanken,

     Test Zelle by sending Help to Zelle Short code 58189 or 

    729935 Zelle Wells Fargo

    80814 Zelle Bank Of America

    26489 Zelle PNC Bank

    If you get a response with Help info then T-Mobile is passing the traffic both ways.

    Short codes were added per tech support at TMO and they still don’t know why.
