device unlock | 5G mobile hotspot
Hello There,
I’ve requested multiple times ove rthe phone and also via chat to unlock my 5G mobile hotspot and everytime I hear request has been submitted and still the device is locked.
I’ve paid it fully and also removed / cancelled the service with t-mobile and it is still unlocked? Is there a resolution for this?

T-Mobile's SIM Unlock Policy might not cover hotspots. I not sure but usually, the requirements for SIM unlocking any device requires you to be a current T-Mobile USA customer and all of the unlocking conditions for the device and account need to be met before a device is eligible for SIM unlocking.
