Are you sure you meet all of T-Mobile's SIM Unlock Policy requirements? You can find all of the SIM Unlock Policy at the following link.

iPhones can so take weeks to SIM unlock. Once T-Mobile verifies you have met all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements, the SIM unlock request is forwarded to Apple to complete.
