UNLOCKING SAMSUNG S24 ULTRA

I'm really confused?  I spent almost $1800 buying this phone in cash at the T-Mobile store instead of an unlocked one at a normal store a few days ago because the rep at your corporate store swore up...

    @syaoran No I have not and that's a great idea actually.  Thank you!  Yes, my account is paid 100% up to date and I paid cash for it.   I'll go try that.  I appreciate the idea!

The solution is that Tmobile sells their phones locked and there are requirements to get them unlocked.

Never trust a sales person and always do a quick Google search to confirm.
