Gift Card Scam
I signed up for T Mobile internet at the end of August 2024. There was a promotion of a $300 gift card after a certain period of time. Still waiting. Called customer service today to see where the card was and conveniently they have no past promotions in their system like that.
I have been a loyal customer for over 24 years, maybe its time to change carriers?
Anyone scammed for the same promotion?
I ordered/signed up three days ago and I saw that promotion. I clicked on it and it sent me to a site I wasn't comfortable with. The second time it sent me to t mobile chat. Now I'm really leary about the promo after seeing your post!
I finally received my $300 internet promotional card but it took 3 different initial sign ups with 3 different customer service reps. I also contacted tmobile almost every week, got various status reports every time but the most accurate and helpful was with the rep I contacted at the number listed on their rebate web page. Keep calling until you get ahold of a customer service representative that actually practices customer service, it will most likely take the entire 10 weeks they say it will but hopefully you'll get your promised $300.
