Is T-Mobile still in business? Awful Customer Service

I’ve been trying to reach T-Mobile Customer Service 611, 1-800-937-8997 & via the internet. Nothing has been working for 2 days. Do they care about their customers or what.  What is going on here. Are they a phone company or not?

    T-Mobile is the most profitable US carrier on the market today.

    I don't think they care about their customers. I e been trying to get my upgrade since Oct 25th
