Feb 16,2024 I went to the working woman survival show and spoke to a t-mobile rep about switching to their internet services (already have a phone plan) I was told I would get a $100visa gift card after 90 days. I registered for it. Forgot all about until a coworker was telling us about her rebate for switching. Just looked into it. I was denied my promotion stating they didn’t have any in Feb. I need to look to see if I have the original paperwork, I remember the rep even circled it when he handed it to me. Really disappointed in T-mobile right now over this.
