No promos for existing customers
One of the reasons my family switched to TMobile is because they advertised that existing customers get the same promos as new customers. Well that lasted for a little bit and know they are just like the other carriers. No benefit for being a longtime customer. And today I received a test that my bill is going up $5 per line. I understand and appreciate that it hasn’t increased in 10 years, but now I have less benefits and the price is increasing. TMobile I thought you were better than the other carriers!
No promos for new customers either they deliberately lied to me about the rebate. All of a sudden it isn't available and "expired" Ugh the scum of the Earth
Well said! As a 70yr old for whom Sprint was my only previous carrier, I'm OUTRAGED by the callous & smarmy attitude that pervades the kids at their "stores". Lying & prevercating as if trained to do so!!
