Can't add contacts to syncup watch in t-life app.
I had the same issue. I finally figured out that you need to add a photo or avatar first then fill out the form with name, phone number, guardian or friend, if you want that person to be SOS. After all is completed, then hit next. It will then take you to a couple more questions then hit SAVE! Your info will appear in your child’s watch.
I was on the phone with people from T-Mobile for many hours. I even spoke to tech support before I figured it out at 4:30 in the morning by myself! No one ever told me about the photo!

I have been adding a photo from the start. I've then tried the avatar. I've tried every combination of everything there is to try. I hit "next," check the watch box to which I'm adding contact, and hit "Save and invite." Every single time, no matter what, I get the message "Something went wrong. Please try again." Beyond frustrated at this point. This issue did not exist before switch to useless T-Life app.

Confirming that this issue is still occurring. Can't update any existing contacts or add contacts to new watches.
"Something went wrong, try again later"
This needs to be addressed otherwise the T-Life app and the investment in watches is pointless.
