Issues adding contacts to SyncUp Kids in T-Life

Is anyone else having issues adding contacts in T-Life for SyncUp Kids? I get all of the way through the process (name, phone number, “friend”) and then the contact won’t save. Super frustrating for ...

Where do you add contacts to the sync up watch in t-life? I cannot find it!

    Did anyone get the answer to this? I STILL cannot find how to add or remove watch contacts on the T-Life app.

      "Something went wrong.  Try again."

      T mobile doesn't care.  Their reps answer is to warranty the watch, it's a software problem with the stupid t life app.
