Need a SyncUp Kids V2 charger
I am unable to find a SyncUp kids V2 charger. T-mobile store was not able to help us.
I found a 5 prong watch charger on amazon for $8 trying to see if it will work. Fingers crossed
Did you find a charger? I still can't find one, either...
The Version 1 is a 4-prong charger- easily found on Amazon and other 3rd party. The Version 2 is a 5-prong charger- and third party vendors do not sell that charger online. And neither does T-Mobile, so I am stuck paying for a watch and line, and a watch that cannot be used bc it cannot charge. I went to the store and they told me to call in. I called in and they told me to go to the store.Same. This is a huge inconvenience. T-mobile doesn’t sell the five prong charger in their online store. I went to a local retailer t mobile store and they had no idea what I was talking about so I had to show them with their inventory that the version 2 watch is a five prong charger.
this all started with a replacement claim- our SyncUP v1 watch stopped working and through their claim coverage they replaced it with whatever they had available, and that was a SyncUP watch version 2. So we received version 2 watch without a charger.
t mobile reps didn’t understand through chat so they recommended I try to find it on my own.
EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT.
i found a used one on eBay that I just ordered and should get here in a week.
