syncUp kids watch no text notification sound
Why does the SyncUp watch not have a sound notification when receiving a text? Sound and vibration is on in settings but it doesn’t work for texts!
The sound & vibration is under settings on the watch but there's another button that looks like a speaker. This is a mute button. When activated, the watch won't make sound or vibrate. You can turn this "mute" on/off from the watch or the app.
