T-Life app locate not working

We got my son the syncup kids watch a year and a half ago, when he started school. It was okay when it had its own app, but since it was integrated into the t-life app it's not good. As of right now when you go to the "locate" section it's not showing people at all, so I cannot track my sons watch. This is not okay! Tracking and operation of syncup needs to go back to it's own app!

    Same here,  We've had the syncup-trackers about a month.  I thought some developer could have discovered and fixed the software issues by now ... but TLife has not had an app update.  Our trackers do not work as they describe in their literature at all.  They are useless for tracking, they 'might' update every few hours, sometimes but not reliably.  They are useless for "tracking" anything and if this is the best they can produce I'll send them to the landfill.

    Having the same issue.  Uninstall the app, reinstalled it but no change.

    I’m having the same problem. I agree that it needs to go back to a standalone app. I never had these problems on the other app!

      I realized I was in the beta testing for the app, so I removed myself from the beta testing, Uninstalled the app, and then reinstalled it and the locate people function started working again. But it's constantly something with the app. The standalone does need brought back!

        How did you make sure you were out of the Beta? I also uninstalled and reinstalled to fix the problem. But I don’t want to be a part of the Beta. I never signed up for it, but the customer service rep confirmed I was in it.
