Anyone else get scammed by Rose Farmers?
I used the Rose Farmers promotion for the $30 flowers or whatever and they promised 2 day free shipping. Now it's FIVE DAYS. They gave me a $40 credit on my NEXT order but they won't do anything about the present situation, just sorry, tough luck. They offer a guaranteed delivery option on their website for five bucks and I guess if you don't take that they'll take as long as they want to ship perishable, fresh flowers to you. Now I have to use PayPal purchase protection to try to get my money back. What a headache and a waste. If you see this promo do NOT take it, tell your friends. The Rose Farmers promo is a scam.
I ordered for Valentines day and got them day before and they absolutely are the most beautiful roses. They are from Ecuador, boxed there and flown direct to Miami and sent FedEx or UPS from there. Very happy with the order.
Same story here. T-mobile should take some responsibility. I have reached out to Rose Farmers multiple times, but they have not responded. I ordered delivery to my wife’s office on Thursday, just to be safe, but Rose Farmers pushed it back to Friday, then UPS changed it to Monday, a holiday when the office is closed. UPS suggested changing the delivery address, but when you contact them, they tell you to go through Rose Farmers, who again are not responsive. Such a waste of time and money.
Same here!! My order said arrive on Feb 13 or 14. It never arrived. I just sent them an email with the order number. We’ll see. Shame on T-Mobile for not properly vetting their offers. You can’t trust a reputable company’s connections and offers.

Yup I did, Thanks a lot T-Mobile advertising scammers and could not get a refund either. No flowers delivered no refund. Shame shame

Yes I clicked through the offer and it said UPS 2 day shipping - free. Perhaps it's different where you are, but apparently you have to click through to see the shipping time. I wouldn't have taken it for the six day time you were quoted. They'd look like fancy spaghetti by the time they got to you.
The offer doesn’t mention 2 day shipping. Just free shipping. I just tapped through, and it says Choose delivery date - Friday July 26 (which is 6 days away.) An extra $4.99 guarantees delivery by 2 PM that day.
