One of 1000 Amazon gift card winners...

I got an email stating that I won a $500 Amazon gift card from T Mobile Tuesdays. I reached out to T Mobile via fb messneger, they verified my account, and they confirmed that the email address is a legitimate email address and that there were 1000 winners of the $500 Amazon gift cards. So, I clicked the link in my email to redeem, and it took me to a page that says, 'shoot, misfire. Please forgive us'. This has been happening for 2 days. There was an email address at the bottom of the error to send an email to if there were any issues, its cs@tangocard. I emailed them and I'm waiting on a response. My question is, is anyone else one of the 1000 winners? If so, are you having issues with the redemption link sent to your email? I've never won anything, and this would be a massive help right now.

    I have great news for you, I was a winner and verified the email with the email support chat team, they verified the legitimatacy of the email, called the tango customer service and they were able to fix my gift card, I redeemed the code on my Amazon app on the phone and Boom! Got $500.00.

    I'd recommend to talk to t mobile to verify the email, once you do that, if they tell you it is legit, then call tango, they provide you with a new link, and you will be able to redeem your card.

      I got it sorted and got the redemption code, applied it, and now have the $500 on my Amazon. Heck yeah!

    I got it too same link same problem, when I called customer service I got transferred 3 times before they told me that it's most likely a scam. I was still hopeful because they still didn't sound too sure but reading this makes me think it probably was a scam :((

      I tried to upload a pic of my Amazon showing the prize redemption but it wouldn't let me, said the file size was too big 😔

      I finally got it figured out, someone else who had the same problem said to do this...

      It worked and I was able to redeem. I told T Mobile they need to find a different way/company than this Tango place because it was such a hassle with multiple emails between T Mobile and the Tango place, just to try to get it figured out.

      1. Click the link from T-Mobile Tuesdays.

      2. Look at the URL on the opened page and delete "Code" at the end of it.

      3. Go back to the T-Mobile Tuesdays email and copy the string of code after /t/

      4. Paste/Enter the code in the URL mentioned in Step 2 (replace the word code with actual code), press Enter.

      5. Follow the rest of the steps as stated in the T-Mobile Tuesdays rewards email.

    If you do the math that's $500,00, do you really believe Tmobile would do that?
