Shell Error

For a few weeks now I haven't been able to use the gold status discount for shell with the T-Mobile weekly offer (it is copying correctly and isn't an old code being used).  Keep getting the error message that the promotional code I provided has already been used. Both apps are updated so I'm not sure what else to try.
