I’m trying to upgrade to the iphone 16 On Us discount that has the 24 months of credit if you upgrade to the Go5G Next plan but I don’t get the option to upgrade my plan when I add it to the cart and it wants to charge me for the monthly payments. How do I get the discount?
The plan change has to be made first. Any changes to your plan will not take effect until the start of your next billing cycle.
