Why did I get a device return kit?
I bought an iPhone 16 at a local Tmobile store and traded in my old phone. Let the phone at the store with the service person. Today I received a “Device Return Kit” -- but I already turned in the phone. What’s up?
Most stores do not accept trade-in devices. We're you told to leave the device with the store or did you just leave it with the store? You might want to return to the store to inquire if they still have your old device.
