As president of T-Mobile for Business, Callie Field leads an innovative and nimble team that leverages the nation’s largest, fastest, and most advanced 5G network to deliver next-generation solutions to customers across the U.S. Callie’s extensive sales expertise and obsession with creating happy customers and deepening relationships has inspired the award-winning sales and care organizations that she has led. She empowers her team to develop innovative, best-in-class experiences that address the needs of business and government customers, disrupting their respective industries while providing exceptional service to their clients.

She began her career at T-Mobile in retail, where she was renowned as the company’s highest-performing sales leader year after year, eventually becoming the company’s chief customer experience officer. In that role, she built the care and digital teams that deliver T-Mobile’s legendary customer experiences and was the leading architect of the company’s patented Team of Experts — or TEX — a personalized approach to customer service that revolutionized the wireless industry and beyond. This breakthrough customer service model was featured in Harvard Business Review, The Frictionless Organization, Joy Works: Empowering Teams in the New Era of Work and the Girls in Tech podcast. During Callie’s time in her role leading care and digital, the team was recognized with a record-setting 23 J.D. Power Awards nine years in a row.

Callie is insatiably curious, constantly learning, and energized by celebrating wins. She actively drives inclusion and belonging within the company and currently serves as Executive Sponsor of T-Mobile’s Veterans and Allies Network. She also sits on the boards of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and DialPad, an AI-powered customer intelligence platform, and previously served on the boards of ServiceMax and the Asian University for Women.

Callie has a Bachelor’s degree in Literary Studies from Bard College at Simon’s Rock and a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. She has completed executive leadership certificates in financial management at MIT and disruptive innovation at Harvard Business School.
