As the executive vice president and chief financial officer at T-Mobile, Peter Osvaldik leads the company’s finance, procurement, and supply chain organizations, providing strategic financial management that enables the Un-carrier to continue its trajectory of growth and innovation. He leads a team of dedicated and passionate employees who work across the enterprise to deliver outstanding financial performance, drive efficiency, and support the company’s dynamic business objectives.

Peter joined T-Mobile’s leadership in 2016 as vice president of external reporting and technical accounting and then served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer. Since becoming CFO in 2020, Peter has led T-Mobile through a transformative period marked by the successful merger with Sprint. Under his financial leadership, T-Mobile has achieved remarkable business and financial milestones, including record-breaking customer growth, service revenue, net income, and free cash flow.

Prior to joining T-Mobile, Peter served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Outerwall Inc., (formerly Coinstar, Inc). In this role, he held several leadership positions, including Corporate Controller and Controller for the Coinstar line of business. He played a critical role in the financial successes of various ventures, ranging from movie and video game rental kiosks to coin-cashing machines. He also honed his financial expertise at PricewaterhouseCoopers — where he initially contributed to the financial strategy for T-Mobile, among other clients.

Peter, born in Slovakia and raised in Bellingham, WA, holds Bachelor's degrees in accounting and biochemistry from Western Washington University. In his free time, he enjoys reading, learning grilling skills, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his family.
