Susan is the strategic advisor to senior leadership, supporting and shaping T-Mobile’s long-term vision, driving key initiatives, and fostering strategic growth. Susan represents T-Mobile as Chair of the Seattle Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees, working alongside business and community leaders to champion economic vitality, innovation, and inclusive growth across our region, and serves on T-Mobile Foundation Board.

In her previous role as executive vice president of financial planning and analysis, Susan advised how to most effectively utilize T-Mobile's financial resources to increase profitability and grow the company’s cash flow at an optimal rate, crucial for the company’s long-term success.

Working closely with Chief Financial Officer Peter Osvaldik, Susan examined, analyzed, and evaluated the entirety of T-Mobile’s financial activities and mapped out its financial future, ensuring the company was well positioned for the next era of the Un-carrier. From 2013 through 2024, Susan supported the successful delivery of financial and operational commitments to the board of directors and investors.

With deep wireless industry expertise of nearly 30 years, Susan brings a wealth of experience to T-Mobile.

Her professional journey began at McCaw Cellular Communications (AT&T Wireless), where she worked in various leadership roles over 12 years. She also worked at Nordstrom for three years before returning to wireless. She’s worked in multiple finance roles at T-Mobile including a promotion to senior vice president of financial planning and analysis in 2013 and to executive vice president in 2020.

Under Susan's leadership, her team played an instrumental role in fulfilling T-Mobile's financial and operational commitments.

Susan is passionate about working with other women leaders and is actively involved in connecting and developing them in the business world. In 2022, she was part of Accenture's Women's Leadership Forum Steering Committee, contributing her insights to create an inspiring and engaging program for executives.

Susan is a licensed CPA, holds a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Portland.

Susan actively engages in her community through various philanthropic endeavors. Susan served in advisory roles for both of her alma maters, contributing her expertise to support their strategic initiatives and mission-driven impact. She also brought her financial leadership to multiple nonprofit organizations as Treasurer, ensuring strong fiscal stewardship and sustainable growth.
