Real ID: Phone bill with address needed
I need my T-Mobile Bill Statement printed showing my current address so that I may apply for my Real ID card. According to the Department of Homeland Security: " My T-Mobile Bill Statement is an acceptable document which can be used to show my Proof of State Residency (a recent utility bill for services such as phone). I'd like to print it off at home, but it appears to only show the account number, my name, but no address. I really don't want to go into the store to get it printed out.CynthiaMcCrea3 months agoNetwork Novice409Views0likes1CommentI need to find out when i began home internet service

Since Tmo moved scam shield into T-life it is not usable. For those of who don't care about T-Life put it back as its own App! OR Stop letting all scam callers come through!! OR Just block Twilio International and Twilio SMS/MMC-SVR! When the app was stand alone you could review and block numbers!! I'd open a ticket but with who!!!stein97003 months agoNewbie Caller521Views1like2CommentsHey TMobile TLife listen up
Hey T-Mobile, listen up! I think you already know this but will tell you again anyhow. The TLife app is garbage. Full of social media drek shoved in users’ faces. I still have the good Home Internet app on my phone, will be using that app only. The day the HINT app stops working is the day I switch back to Comcast. If some subscribers like the cheap social media app, they can use it. But your customer base is a different group - please listen to us. It really pisses me off that you actually removed HINT from the App Store and plastered the same icon on the grotty TLife app — HEY, people might not notice! Guess what, geniuses? People noticed. When the HINT app dies my T-Mobile account dies with it. I don't know who's making decisions, but this is not the customer-centric T-Mobile company I signed up with. You're as bad as Comcast now. I've been putting up with the sudden speed drops on my T-Mobile home Internet because I believed in the company. Past tense intended. Either bring back the HINT app for download and fair use or you will lose me and others. As far as I'm concerned, you have till April 1 - no joke. You don't seem to understand: THE OLD T-MOBILE IS A BRAND PEOPLE LOVE, and you are torpedoing it by trying to jump onto the social media bandwagon.Sparky4183 months agoNewbie Caller332Views1like1CommentRCS issues - any help
Pixel 6a running stock android - unlocked device. 3 days ago the RCS features all went away for no reason. I've rebooted/reset the app/phone etc. and even reinstalled the OS with the Android Flash tool. Still no RCS - thoughts?mmead11434 months agoNetwork Novice305Views0likes2Commentst-life app
So I installed this app (T-life) to replace the T-Mobile app, and now the T-life app has installed an app called "your briefing", a news app of some sort, but it keeps popping back up and I can't find a way to disable it. Very annoying. Bloatware on T-Mobile is awful. Anyone else seen this. A Google search said it comes from the new t-life app. I would like to find out how to disable it. Any ideas?ttocs5 months agoConnection Cadet2.1KViews0likes0CommentsT-Life and the uncompletelyending login loop
I am trying to log completely into the app - I say completely because it knows who I am (Hello screen). I log in using my password and toggle the stay logged in so I don't have to log in every time. THe chat requires me to log in (again) and takes me to a Welcome, Christopher! login asking for my password. I enter the password and it takes me to a Wlecome (###)###-#### asking for password , so I enter it. Then back to the Christopher screen (enter password), then back to the ### screen (repeat) and so on. I never arrive at the chat option. Literally can do this 20 times. Any suggestions?CeeHarm5 months agoNewbie Caller461Views1like2CommentsViewing bill

Prepaid and postpaid accounts
Hi, my name is Maria and I have been customer of T-Mobile for many years. I have a prepaid account with them, recently I decided to give them a chance by getting home internet. Now because I already have a prepaid account with them I can't get another account to manage my home internet account unless I change my email on my prepaid account which I did four days ago but I still can't get a T-Mobile account ID to manage my home internet account. I have been on the phone with customer support multiple times without any success. pleaseMprocio5 months agoNetwork Novice304Views0likes1Comment
