T-Life and the uncompletelyending login loop

I am trying to log completely into the app - I say completely because it knows who I am (Hello screen).  I log in using my password and toggle the stay logged in so I don't have to log in every time.  THe chat requires me to log in (again) and takes me to a Welcome, Christopher! login asking for my password.  I enter the password and it takes me to a Wlecome (###)###-#### asking for password , so I enter it.  Then back to the Christopher screen (enter password), then back to the ### screen (repeat) and so on.  I never arrive at the chat option.  Literally can do this 20 times.  Any suggestions?

    I have had the same experience multiple times. I even tried updating my password, and still ended up in the same loop. It's just another T-Mobile frustration in a growing list. Looking at alternatives.
