T-Mobile lies
I absolutely had the wrong information about trade-in phones. Wanted to pay cash for both of our phones, my son and mine. Was told I was getting $250 from my trade-in then when I looked at my paperwork online turned out to be $70 and they used my $944 as a down payment and finance the rest My Son got pretty much nothing for his phone or trade-in. My plan was changed even financed screensaver and case for My Son so to say the least when my phone arrived at my house late, of course I returned it without even opening the box and went to Apple and got my military Apple discount. I am seriously thinking about switching companies been with them over 20 something years was with Sprint never had this problem before I don’t like being lied to the store was at beach and Hodges Jacksonville, Florida. Then my service as far as Wi-Fi bars, cellular connection goes from 2, 1, to 0 bars worst service ever.Bluebayou10314 days agoNetwork Novice44Views0likes0Commentsinquiry about sim cards for a family
We are a family of five planning to visit the United States from July 23 to August 27, 2025. We will be bringing five mobile phones; however, only one supports eSIM, while the others require physical SIM cards. We would like to inquire about the pricing for at least three SIM cards to use during our stay. Thank you in advance,tofjml11 days agoNetwork Novice51Views0likes0Comments- delrayman2 months agoNetwork Novice169Views0likes1Comment

Hellow Gals and Guys - I have a prepaid T-Mobile account that I've had for some time. I use it with a Lumia 640 Windows Phone. Someone who I don't want to have my number got it and I am now receiving regular texts from them. I tried to block it, but the texts still come through. It says "Media Content In this Message" when displayed n the text list. When I hit the number it says "Get Media Content Now" which I can select and it downloads the message. I don't wish to receive these texts, but is there some way to block them? Also this is the number I give out when an institution or someone I don't know well asks for my number, so I need to have access to it, but I only put $10ish a year on it and this person will go through that soon. How do I stop this? Thanks for any help.Elzar2 months agoNetwork Novice107Views0likes0CommentsPrepaid Debit Card from Promotion

I need to find a way to pay the $198 with two cards because each card Tmobile sent me that is a virtual card can only be used for $100. I’m beyond frustrated at this point.Cmears2 months agoNetwork Novice156Views0likes0CommentsConfused hurt and damaged elder T-Mobile customer

Hello, I’m considering getting an iPhone 13 from Metro by T-Mobile with the port-in offer. I want to confirm the unlock eligibility requirements. Does the phone need 180 days of active service, or is it now 365 days before it can be unlocked? If I only pay for the first month, will the unlock timer still continue in the background, or does it require 12 months of active payments? Can I request an early unlock for an additional fee? I would appreciate your confirmation so I can make an informed decision. Thank you!dumsy3 months agoNetwork Novice174Views0likes0CommentsAre members of local Search and Rescue organizations eligible for the Go5G First Responder plan?
Are members of local Search and Rescue (SAR) organizations eligible for the Go5G First Responder plan? There is conflicting information on different T-Mobile web pages: This First Responder Verification help page says that active volunteer members of Search and Rescue organizations are eligible However, on the online account profile first responder verification form, the first question asks for "affiliation" and the only choices are EMT or Police or Firefighter. There is no option for Search and Rescue, which is different from these groups (EMT certification is not a pre-requisite for Search and Rescue). Can Search and Rescue volunteers still certify online, or must they certify over the phone?djh254 months agoNetwork Novice281Views0likes1Comment
