Prepaid Debit Card from Promotion

I recently received 4 prepaid debit cards all with $100 as the balance. I have tried multiple ways via phone call and the app and the website and cannot use multiple payment methods. 

I need to find a way to pay the $198 with two cards because each card Tmobile sent me that is a virtual card can only be used for $100. 

I’m beyond frustrated at this point.
