Call forwarding control
Well I need call forwarding control on all my devices. Right now I have an employee that left town and did not turn on call forwarding while they were on a cruise ship. The device is now at their house with nobody there and no way to turn on call forwarding. This potentially can lose me money and lose clients trust because nobody's answering. I called T-Mobile and they informed me that there is no possible way from The Hub that I can do this function because it has to be done from that device. Now I feel that this is not giving the owner us the full range of control over our devices. Can you please add this feature so no Revenue will get lost in the future.CoachBilly2 months agoNetwork Novice128Views0likes0Comments- Clynch3 months agoNewbie Caller202Views0likes0Comments
Let's Sue T-Mobile!
Prepaid papment site almost never works. You have to call the 1800 number to make a payment. If you sign up for a $25/mo account, they charge you $47/mo. If you sign up for a $15/mo account, they charge you $27/mo. This is the most dodgy and fraudulent billion-dollar company in America. I would love to participate in a class action lawsuite against T-mobile. I have been getting ripped off for almost two years now. Still can't make a payment due to "problem encountered on the server" and phone has been suspended for over a week.Clynch3 months agoNewbie Caller208Views0likes0CommentsFacing Issues with Account Login, T-Mobile App, and Tower Server Connection on My T-Mobile REVVL V+ 5G (Version 1.0). Any Advice?
Hey everyone, I’m experiencing several frustrating issues with my T-Mobile REVVL V+ 5G (Version 1.0), particularly related to account login, the T-Mobile app, and connecting to my work's tower server. Lately, the T-Mobile app has been unreliable; it either takes a long time to load, logs me out unexpectedly, or occasionally freezes altogether. This is really inconvenient, as I rely on the app for account management and checking my data usage. Additionally, I’ve been facing challenges accessing my work’s tower servers remotely. I need to retrieve files and data regularly, but the connection to the server is inconsistent, leading to delays in my work. I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps, including restarting my phone, clearing the app cache, and reinstalling the T-Mobile app, but these have not resolved the issues. I’ve also confirmed that my login credentials are correct, so I don’t believe that’s the source of the problem. I reached out to my IT team regarding the tower server access, and they suggested that my device might be encountering network issues, but they couldn't pinpoint the exact cause. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with the T-Mobile app or connectivity to tower servers on the REVVL V+ 5G? Do you think it could be an app compatibility issue, or maybe there’s a network setting I need to adjust? Any advice, tips, or solutions you could share would be immensely helpful. I’m eager to get these issues sorted out so I can continue working without interruptions. Thanks in advance for your assistance!
