a review of the costomer service department
I recently moved from Verizon to T Mobile. with my phone service I also got the internet box. the internet would not work at my house so i canceled it. I carried the box back to the store and they said thay would send it back to the co. They somehow lost the box and i was charged 239.80 for the box/ i have tried to get this resolved but have had no luck. the people that I talked to in costumer service were no help. they are the rudest people that i have ever had to deal with.
