Anyone else ready to switch??

I was a SPRINT customer for over 25 years - got absorbed into TMobile when Sprint got bought out.  I'm ready to be done.  They keep adding new fees - per line, each month!  For what?  For the crappy customer service I get?  I call to ask about these new fees and I'm transferred multiple times, disconnected, and on hold for more than 2 hours.  I email - I get no response.  There isn't a live chat function, so I really just don't know what to do anymore.  I would like to get some account information about transferring my service, but can't seem to get anywhere with customer service.  How is everyone else taking this and if you're reaching out and getting a hold of customer service, how are you doing it?

I feel your pain. I’ve been a customer for 24 years Nextel, Sprint and now TMobile. Had I started with TMobile I wouldn’t have lasted 1 year. I too have experienced random rate spikes on my bill, forcing me to have to deal with the customer service overseas (pleasant folks, ZERO competence) What happened to US customer service? I’m seriously considering switching to another carrier. I’m SICK & TIRED of the INCOMPETENCE.

If you really want to transfer your service, your new carrier will take care of that work for you. If you are trying to get Tmobile to try to keep you as a customer because you are complaining about the fees, sorry to say, but good luck with that!  From what I have read in online communities, Tmobile is happy to get rid of legacy customers. I have been with TM forever as well and I am ready to switch. However, like another user said all the other carriers have their own issues...

You can lice chat using 611  on your phone or by signing into your MyTmobile account.

As for fees ,  my bill stays the same, only time it changed was when they took away the autopay credits using a credit card a few years back then last year when they added $5 a line on my Grandfathered plan but those were changes in plan pricing not fees.
