Assurance using T-mobile as an existing customer?
My circumstances changed, financially, several months ago. After getting on food stamps, my FIL mentioned the life-line cell phone program. So I have successfully applied and gotten the paperwork and phone mailed to me.
But everyone on our plan already has a phone. I’m fairly sure one of my kids would like a ‘new’ phone, so that’s not too much of an issue, as long as the phone doesn’t have to be on the PRIMARY account holder’s number? I have an iPhone 11 that is ½ way paid off. I am keeping that phone!
How do I even notify T-mobile that I have qualified for this plan so I get the discounted rate? They don’t make this easy (not surprising, any government plan for low income people makes you jump through a million hoops.)
The only form I have found asks for a number that I can’t find on any of the forms that Assurance has sent me!

Yeah I’ve been all through that page. In fact that is how I found out about, and got enrolled in the program in the first place. I did print out a form. But it asks for a number I can’t find on any paperwork.
There used to be a chat feature on the website for help. Where did it go???

Hope this link helps.
Also try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like twitter.
