My device was broken iPhone 13 Pro Max filed claim August 2024 paid deductible of 108 they took out 650 from my account the following month I keep calling them and they keep telling me the phones on the warehouse ready to ship out .never received the phone. I sent out my old phone, I called them. They said they’re gonna call me back and they don’t they keep telling me to contact my provider they are my insurance not T-Mobile. I’ve been  paying insurance for three years ,

It’s January 26, 2025 still have not received anything. I’m so disappointed the last call I did they say they were gonna call me within 24 hours and they never did. This is BS , worse insurance ever T-Mobile should not be working with them. They are going to lose a lot of customers. So I’m doing yelp Google Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, throwing them under the bus  because this is not cool.
