Assurant
For some reason my phone was reported lost or stolen randomly. Tmobile claims my phones imei number is blocked do to glitch in the system. Apparently nobody can fix this glitch at tmobile. Tmobile told me to contact assurant, because they are the ones who can fix the problem. Assurant claims the only thing they can do is send a new phone, after I send my old phone in. Usually, when a phone is damaged due to my own fault assurant will send a new phone and have me return the broken phone after reciving my new one. My biggest problem with this situation is this glitch is of no fault of my own and in order to get the problem fixed I have to first send my phone in and after receiving my phone assurant will send me a new phone. This makes zero sense. Now I am left with out a phone for up to a week when they would usually send the new phone first in any other situation. This inconvenience is due to tmobiles glitch not mine. I rely heavily on my phone for work and personal medical problems and going a week with out it is extremely inconvenient.
The tmobile worker suggested I could go pay for an upgrade so that I could I have sooner. I could go pay for a new phone, because of tmobiles glitch.
