auto pay did not auto pay
why did autopay not pay??? first, I had to try at least five times to get it signed up, as i kept getting error messages. now I got a text my bill was not paid, and i go into my account, and it’s still set on autopay. when I pay with the same payment method as set for autopay, the payment goes through. The time suck this company afflicts on its customers is infuriating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup. 2 months in a row this happened to me. Checked to make sure autopay was set up, it said the date it would withdraw so I just left it alone. Until my internet wasn't working and I realized the payment was never processed, still sitting in my bill account. Some how autopay was not set up when i went to check it again. Got charged $47 reconnect fee and $7 late fee. Another scam they like to pull is not processing your 2nd payment if you've set up a payment arrangement and then they claim they processed it but it got rejected by my bank. But the 1st payment went through without a hitch from the same account. No notice from my bank saying it was attempted to be withdrawn, not 1 message from tmobile saying it didn't work just disconnected me and charged me another $47 reconnect fee. I'm switching to US Cellular, service is better here and they don't take advantage of their customers.

Autopay needs to be setup at least a couple of weeks ahead of your bill to actually process for that month. If you set it up a few days before, autopay will not process for a bill that is already generated. As an example. My bill posts on the 9th. If autopay is not enabled before that date, autopay will not process for that bill.
