Billing address change failure

I keep getting an error message when I try to change my billing address. However I did get a text stating that my address was changed. When I check, it’s still showing the old address. Can I get some help here? btw, I will not create a Twitter or FB account, TMobile should make it’s website fully functional and your techs should be able to help without a social media crutch.

    I have a prepaid MNVO using Tmobile's towers and no issues changing address.

    Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook to see if they can help since this is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access.

    Try to change the billing address on a prepaid account today. It will say it was successful, but when you check it, it will still be the old address. Customer Service could not change it either.

    I've moved 4 times in the last 5 years and had no issues changing my address and one was from Illinois to Arizona.

    I cannot change my billing address either. It says change was successful, but it never changes.

    You can try signing into your Mytmobile account and check to see if live chat is available.
