Billing; paper
How do I get a paper bill sent? They switched me automatically and I missed my first payment bill and payment was late with $7+ late fee… Been with T-Mobile for years..Please help; Senior Citizen who is stuck in an old-school analog paper-based reality; I do not see a way to get back to paper billing !!

well, I did opted for paper bill after creating an account as even before creation there was a message on the router "you are enrolled in paperless billing" during first 24 hours of use. Today the email came "you are enrolled in paperless billing." If I did not enroll into it, and someone switched me into it, would not it be unauthorized switch without my consent?
