    messenger. i actually used it for the first time earlier this week..was not a bad experience...plus i detest having to call in lol..or make calls period lol

You said, “…the best route would be to contact our care team”.  How do I do that? I called customer support and they treated me like I was speaking a different language (he was actually more rude than that, but there’s no need to go into details).
