Can I change my mind on a trade in after I get new phone?

If you have ready sent in your trade-in but are still within the 14 days.  You can still cancel the deal and return the new device.  You will not get your traded-in device back though.  All Trade-ins are final once sent to the third party company, which is usually Assurant.

As long as you are still in possession of the trade in phone and it’s been less than 14 days since the new phone shipped, yes you can cancel and return.
