Can I "temporarily" turn off & on my children's phone lines
I’m so confused about this, I’ve done so much research, both here and I’ve tried calling Tmobile and I haven’t been able to figure this out. I’d like to be able to turn my children’s phone lines off...
Most comments are two years old. Has there been any update? I’ve looked and I don’t see where I can suspend/pause my child’s account (internet/text/phone calls). The only way I can see that sort of works is via Family Mode and it only pauses the internet. T-mobile needs to allow parents/account holder to have true control of the phone.
