Can I use my T-Mobile phone number if I switch to Assurance Wireless?
I have recently qualified for a free phone with unlimited talk, text and data. I am a current T-Mobile customer with a phone I like and that’s almost paid off. Can I use my T-Mobile phone and number as an Assurance customer?
You will want to make sure your device is fully paid off before switching and that you meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements to have your device SIM unlocked. You will want to request the SIM Unlock and verify it has gone through on your device before switching.

if the phone is compatible yes you can. but on a side note the phone will need to paid off first and meet the requirements for unlocking for T-Mobile.
