Canceling a line

I have 2 tablets on my account. I haven't used in years and a second that I no longer have. How can I  cancel the lines and stop paying for service on them?

Please remove any personal info if you still have the option to edit your post.

To SIM Unlock your device, your account and device must meet all if the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.

    https://www.t-mobile.com/responsibility/consumer-info/policies/sim-unlock-policy

If it does, you need to contact Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line or reach out to T-Mobile via DM on either Facebook or Twitter to verify you meet all of the requirements and request the SIM unlock, if processing the permanent SIM unlock through the T-Monile Unlock app doesn't SIM unlock your device.

You can give Customer Care a call, visit your local T-Mobile store, or reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Twitter or Facebook to cancel them.
