cant Register as the primary account holder on tmobile app

hello,

im trying to. register my number as the primary account holder on the tmobile  app but i guess it locked me out because it says. “You have exceeded the number of allowed attempts. Please click Skip to continue and try again later.” how long is later ? because its been 24 hours, i changed the pin and it still says the same thing help!
