Can't setup e-sim

Hi there, I haven’t been able to setup my new phone’s e-sim. I get errors like “This phone number can’t be transferred because your account is ineligible”. Customer support told me I need to be the primary account holder to fix this. But I went through all the lines on the plan, and none are showing that they are the primary line. I don’t know what to do. No one knows who the primary account was. So frustrated. Someone please help.

    Your mother is going to have to grant you full access so you can have the same priveledge as a PAH.

    Hi gramps, my mother set up the payments, but this was many years ago in a store. I’m trying to create a tmobile id for this line, but it’s saying I can’t register this number. 


    Through my line, I checked this for every line, they all say non-master.

    Who started the plan? There has to be a primary acount  holder since they are responsible for the billing.
