    no. you’ll need to contact TMO either by calling in (tier 1 support), visiting a store, Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support) or their chat feature if its available.

    Try signing into your MyTmobile account and try changing it from there. That what I did when I moved from Illinois to Arizona.
